People, Planet and Place
Over the past 70 years our food system has focussed on volume and cost cutting at the expense of top soil carrying capacity, water, native vegetation, wildlife, labour, transportation systems, energy consumption and more. Food connects us to the earth and soil that supports us - an essential and ancient connection.
Food is worth celebrating as it connects us to well-being, sharing with others, health and nutrition.
